Do You
Know For Sure If You Died Tonight That You'd Go To Heaven? Here's How
To Know For Sure:
1. You can
know for sure that you are going to Heaven upon death or rapture.
1 John 5:13 (KJV) These things have I written unto you
that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye
have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of
God.
2. There
are four things to know, but there's only one way to get to Heaven. What
do you need to know?
A. Everyone's a sinner
Romans 3:23 (KJV) For all have
sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
B. Sinner's go to hell
Rev. 21:8 (KJV) But the fearful,
and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers,
and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in
the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second
death.
C. Jesus Christ died for
sinners
Romans 5:8 (KJV) But God commendeth
his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for
us.
D. Salvation comes through
accepting Jesus Christ as your personal saviour.
Romans 10:9-10 (KJV) That if thou
shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine
heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. [10]
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation.
John 3:16 (KJV) For God so loved
the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth
in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
3. Will you
choose to accept Jesus Christ as your personal saviour as that is the only
way to receive eternal life in Heaven?
John 3:36 (KJV) He that believeth on the Son hath
everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life;
but the wrath of God abideth on him.
If yes, then pray this prayer
- "Dear God, I confess that I am a sinner. I do believe that Jesus died
for me to pay my sin debt. I ask you to forgive my sins, and the best I
know how, I trust Him now as my Saviour. From this moment on, I will
depend on Him for my salvation."
If no, please realize that by
not accepting Jesus as your saviour, you are rejecting Him.
